Nice and sunny but a bit cool. 60 degrees. Nice if you are moving around but too cool to have windows open.

So today on the bike this guy on another bike comes up behind me and passes. He must've had cruise control as he was able to take his right hand off but as he was passing he turned to face me and made this gesture with his hand as if he was grabbing his chest and throwing it out into the air several times. I've seen lots of gestures out there but this one was a first and I still haven't been able to figure it out.
