Nothingless fluff baked tomatoes.

Marinate quartered romas in olive oil, white wine vinegar, and spices for at least 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 325. Put the tomatoes on a cookie sheet and top with some fresh ground pepper. Cook for 2 hours. After they've been in the oven for about a half hour your house will smell fantastic.

Keep the juice left in the bottom of the bowl. It makes a great sauce, marinade, or salad dressing.
