Then you only eat 1. Im on a seafood diet right now, i see it , i eat it. Actually lost 10 pounds, im eating a lot of yogurt doctored up with nuts,fruit,chocolate and granola at 11;30,then a sandwich and fruit around 2;30, then eat dinner along with snacks and 3 beers whenever i get home.

That reminds me of the Seinfeld "lowfat" yoghurt episode.

I should get money back this year. I sold some stocks at a loss early in the year when I reorganized my investments. That should offset capital gains I made.
