I have no natural gas. The line Im My yard is bad.

So, I'm guessing gas company.

Now, you just have to wait for them. Better cuddle up with the wife tonight.

Is it in the line before it enters your property? That definitely shouldn't be your responsibility. Closer than that is still a public safety issue.

No. The line that is on my property. It's old steel line. Probably at least 50 years old.

Didn't you say they recently replaced the meter? If so they may have screwed up something then.

They shut the gas off at the curb. Looks like I will be grilling

I oy had it replaced so they could read it. It has an electronic reader on it

If there is a leak before the gas gets to your meter the gas company normally fixes it free because otherwise the lost gas would be out of their pocket. Not to mention the hazards.

It is different everywhere. I don't even have a gas line to my house.

I could pay for the optional insurance inside my house but I don't because its not worth it.
