Never liked the vest .....no idea y.....later ones had a nasty collar that would cut into my neck when it was new.....washed the crap out of it .....never softened

Agreed about the vests. If you have an old one keep it. New ones are awful.

One of them was suppose to be (in accordance with script) a little light in the loafers

All the kids characters on all those childrens shows seem "a little light in the loafers" to me. I try to get the grandkids to watch some good old Looney Toons shows like Bugs Bunny but they tell me they aren't allowed to watch them (too violent according to my daughter). I turn them on anyway every chance I get when they are at my house. I don't understand how after growing up on Bugs Bunny and The Road Runner shows now all of a sudden the younger generation feel they are "too violent" for their kids yet their kids are allowed to play some video games I would deem as trash.

The old classic cartoons have been edited to take out violence and make them more politically correct. I can't stand to watch them.
