i guess he was getting safety writeups for not using it? but he wasnt informed about the write ups until today when they gave the position to a different kid. ive never seen the other sups use them unless training. it sucks because he has a solid grasp of what needs to get done and how to do it in my opinion wouldve been a good fit.

that and he wouldve made a GREAT trainer for the loads compared to the other sups he actually explains things and why you do them

How can you get written up and not know about it? Screw being a supervisor, he needs to go full teamster on their asses. Starting with a talk with his steward about these phantom write-ups.

yup he wants to just go full safety and take his time... me and the 22-3 were telling him just to grieve everytime a sup touches a box bury them in paperwork
