Take your shoes off for a few minutes a day. Let them breath. Trust me,you will feel better. I always have extra shoes and socks,just Incase my feet get wet.

I forgot till you mentioned shoes. I have two pair of the same shoe in my locker and alternate each day to allow the shoes to dry.
