Air has it's own rate but it takes two calendar years from the first time you run it to get top air rate.

That may depend on your local....I know a FT driver who makes his reg top driver pay on Saturdays.

I'm mad at myself this morning for letting him get me so mad last night. I was emotional over the loss of a feeder driver and that troll of a human being sucked me in to a fight.
