Some places are really strict about it. Those places that actually put some thought into it made the law read so that you had to be at least 25 feet away from any door or window. That's not the way it is here. Everyone just steps a foot outside and makes it so anyone wanting to enter has to walk through the cloud of haze to get in. I once pulled into a rest stop in Iowa and there was a sign there that said.--"No smoking inside or outside at this rest stop. If you must smoke remain in your car with the windows rolled up." . Did they just pass some anti smoking stuff where you live? They did it around here about 10 years ago. I had friends who said they would never go to a bar again-----------they lied.
