Rail is also crapping on the American farmer. They are having a hell of a time getting their grain to market because rail is all about oil now. We even lost the Amtrac route here.

Heard we were done with the rail months ago. Saw about 20 trailers on a railroad on a Monday 2 or 3 weeks ago. Asked about it when I got back and the boss said they still use it on the weekend since it gives them extra time. All those trailers I saw were a day late and heard we missed service on 60,000 packages that weekend.

I spoke to cach drivers in MN/STP and they confirm that NF&S out of Chicago will not renew the contract with ups as of 1/1/15. They move the majority of the Chicago to east coast.

What's ups plan is what's not known but bet on gypsies making a bundle.

As long as we get some more runs out of this I'm happy. Our CACH trailer has been missing the preload 2-3 days a week lately so obviously they gotta do something.
