Dude I saw Trump standing in a nearby forest with Newsom talking about the need to clear away the underbrush and dead wood. The difficulty isn't in clearing away the brush, it's the local environmentalists who sue over any attempts to manage the forests and the politicians in Sacramento who are beholden to the Left and are afraid to cross them.
