Both. Extremes are getting more extreme. It's almost unheard of having Santa Ana's that strong in January.Well then, are California's frequent and severe weather related problems a result of climate change or its unique climate and geography?
If it's the former, then why aren't the rest of us experiencing our own frequent and severe climate changes disasters? If it's the latter, then climate change is not the problem - your unique climate and geography is, and you suck so bad at finding ways to deal with the stuff that happens over and over and over.
