Only 5% of next car purchasers expect to buy all electric cars-Road and Track.

Sure, EVs and tunnels will eliminate all of that traffic.

Many of those backups are caused by accidents, and autonomous vehicles will effectively get rid of accident delays. Plus, self-driving vehicles can drive more in tune with one another and more efficiently on crowded highways.

And then the tunnels bring traffic into three dimensions instead of just two. So, yes, he does actually have the solutions to these problems.

How did this happen? Glad everyone survived.

Also, aren't the proposed tunnels single file and for Tesla only?
What do you mean how did it happen? A car went over a cliff. This happens regularly. If it's a Honda, brand doesn't get a headline. They can be thankful they were in the safest car brand on the road.

The tunnels are restricted to electric vehicles, because then they can be half the size and half the cost, because they need no ventilation. It is still infant stage development. Some are for Teslas only, but that's not something they can't be changed.

The tunnels would still require ventilation.
2 men died in a sewage tunnel built under Boston Harbor that extended miles out to sea.

That means their tunnel required ventilation.

Tesla tunnels will, on average, be much shorter, and have openings on both ends before people go through inside EVs. That is ventilation, by its nature. It just won't need additional ventilation to handle exhaust from vehicles.

This allows them to be made smaller and cheaper.

Deliveries were up 72% year over year when all other automakers are shrinking.
The stock can do whatever the stock wants to do.

The growth was overwhelming and will continue apace.

My son owns two Teslas and a bunch of stock. I hope it does well. Elon is the problem, not electric vehicles.

Elon is not the problem. He is the solution.

There is no liquidity in the market and anything that trades at a high multiple is getting crushed. It has nothing to do with Elon.

You can buy Tesla right now for a lower multiple than McDonald's. It is an extraordinarily good buying time for Tesla stock.

The business has never been better, and it is expanding faster than any automaker in history, including in this last quarter that they're supposedly underperforming on.

The stock can do whatever it wants. The business is completely fine. Highest profit margins of any automaker in history. The two most advanced factories in the world coming online this year. You name it.

Elon Musk is asking his followers to write the government in favor of larger EV subsidies for Tesla just 1 year after advocating to kill the subsidies entirely.

And that makes perfect sense.

He doesn't think the subsidies should exist.
But if they exist, they shouldn't discriminate against Tesla...which they do.

I can't recall any large company ever being such a direct target for discrimination compared to its peers. In the end, it won't matter.

Tesla even has a lower Environmental, Social, and Governance score than Exxon. All the powers that exist hate Tesla and oppose it in all legal ways they can.

Tesla still wins.
