Only 5% of next car purchasers expect to buy all electric cars-Road and Track.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
europe does have better public transportation

saying well never achieve zero emissions is like saying you give up on fighting satan.

maybe electric would have a chance at competing against public transport if the cars werent so excessively big and wasteful. if it was an electric bike which is covered from the rain then it might be reasonable.

I just checked on Numbeo. Rent in Henderson is 4% lower than in Toronto and groceries in Henderson are 12% higher. I have no clue where you got such a stat from but you won't find any city in the U.S. only 25% of the cost of living of Toronto.

i would say its even more than 75% cheaper than toronto. sure the healthcare will be more.

maybe you can get a studio nearby for very cheap.

Already pointed out rent is only slightly cheaper. And groceries are higher. There's no city in the U.S. whose cost of living is only 25% of Toronto's.
i only ever look at cost of buying property. renting is for the birds, ive seen it first hand here. its probably even worse in america.

If someone can't afford the inflated property values they have to rent, which in places like the Las Vegas area rents are way too high. Once again you go on about things you don't know about.

Who wants to live in the ghetto? I'll be perfectly fine in New Mexico.

i think your best bet is to live in a stealth van and park at apartments for free. stay away from casinos i dont really like them.
Been there done that. I only mentioned casinos because you keep talking about the Vegas area. You may like big cities. More power to you. I much prefer nature. The town of 14,000 I'm looking at has Wal-Mart, a movie theater, good selection of restaurants, and is 30 miles north of Mexico. Several state parks nearby, and a small city 55 miles away. Has some of the purest city water in the world from an underground river. And one of my dogs is buried there.

well thats great but have you tried taking a truck off of jumps on a race track? racing cars? the extreme vegas rides?

if you havent tried it how would you know. living in a car paying no rent gives you the flexibility to travel.

Dude I was stationed at Nellis AFB just to the north of Vegas in the early 80's. Have been there many times since. You do understand that it gets up to 120° Fahrenheit there?

How old are you? I'm 62 on a limited income. I've already lived in a car. It has its moments but I'd rather use my own bathroom.

use a piss jug.

use air conditioning. thats not really the point, the question was have you done those cool things? if you havent done them, then you should try it a few times and then decide whether you like it or not.
