If you are having issues filing a grievance, email/snail mail to your local with a cc to the company and the state council, if need be. Follow up in writing. Your grievance will be taken care of.

I have no problem filing grievances, my problem is that our local seems to have accepted UPS no grievance heard policy. I have 2 year old grievances pending, as well as 9.5 supervisor working from this year that have not been heard. Think its safe to say this is not accaptable representation.
