2 routes were cut out in my center. They were out until peak, then they were put back in and have been in ever since.

If I remember correctly, every route gained 10% more work. Once orion is implemented, set up allowance goes away.

Is there an allowance for checking mis loads?

Most trucks r so cubed out you cannot find the packages in a timely manner.

Safety committee members that routinely do not go out on the road should not be able to bid a route. Especially routes with commercial stops and pickups. Customers deserve better. Management should never pull a person of there bid route to cover a route so a safety committee member can stay inside and to paperwork.
