I was meaning that the water requirements and the quantities required to be available and other requirements of the proposed heat rule are not suggestions from me. They will requirements under the law.
Someone asked me about how UPS might fulfill their obligations, I did offer suggestions there.

Proposed rule drinking water requirements:
(2) Drinking water. The employer must provide access to potable water for
drinking that is:
(i) Placed in locations readily accessible to the employee;
(ii) Suitably cool; and
(iii) Of sufficient quantity to provide access to 1 quart of drinking water per
employee per hour.
