Our PCM's have been getting a "Facelift"

Just do what I do. Sit in the parking lot until 2 minutes before start time, walk in, slide behind the PCM that has already started, crouching just a bit, sneak into the office and grab your board. Crisis averted.

Yep. I'm pretty much the same way. Hell usually pass them pulling out on my way in.
