Because they honestly believe they can do no wrong nor say nothing wrong. Then they get butthurt when they find out thats not how things really work in the end. I find it quite funny when guys like that end up off for a few weeks and are crying.

Had a supervisor say “your pace is off”

Not even joking back in 2020 I had my center manager measure out 30 feet with a tape measurer and then had a stopwatch to time my walking pace. I work at one speed—- safe. And that’s what they will get no matter how light or heavy my PC is.
