well im against egypt not opening their border and i havent heard why. it could be because egypt is allied the US like israel. im interested in hearing more about that.

israel also controls the air and sea surrounding gaza. and israel is the one killing civilians in gaza, not egypt, as far as ive heard.
You’ve been preaching about Israel running an open air prison, and it turns out they aren’t.

All Egypt has to do is open the border.

Your protests are unfair, and were done from a place of ignorance.

actually they are running whats described as an open air prison / concentration camp

if you look at trying to do tourism to gaza, the first result i saw are people are rarely let in, which confirms the open air prison thing ive heard from many sources.

yea egypt should allow people from gaza to cross over as tourists

Unions were on the decline because non union companies started competing. Offering better pay and benefits in order to keep unions out. Now as benefits disappear it's up to unions to attract members to fight that. But be careful what you wish for. A lot of companies have relocated to right to work states where more emphasis is put on having a decent job than none at all. You can't get a union in if most workers aren't willing to join.

israel which controls the border to gaza stops everyone and everything from getting in. they used to impose a just above a starvation diet. they have no right trap people (which arent even in their country) and collectively punish them. its a war crime i believe.

i agree israel can stop people from coming into israel, but do not trap people in gaza in what david cameron former PM of UK calls an "open air prison"
Israel has every right when their neighbor is pledging to kill them whenever possible. If Hamas had gotten elected with the pledge to cooperate with Israel and be peaceful, and lived up to that, Gaza would be a different place today. You're indulging in a fantasy that if the Palestinians drove the Jews out and completely controlled what is now Israel that they would create some kind of political, social paradise. You're kidding yourself.

hamas tried talking to the americans. it also did not violate the ceasefires, that was israel.

regardless israel has no right to control the air and seas.

im not talking about driving the jews out lol. but actually that is the zionists goal for hte arabs.

they have no right to trap 2 million civilians along with the egyptians at their border lol

you cant get a union if govt helps the private sector in smashing it like reagan did.

workers are better off having a union than not statistically.

unions are likely on the decline because of govt policy including 2 red scares which smashed commies and socialists. notice the US communists reached their peak around same time US unions reached their peak.

Why is Israel to blame, and Egypt not?

You protested Israel. Why not Egypt?
yea i dont recall hearing anything about egypt at the protests

egypt has only participated in closing off the border for hte open air prison. egypt has not bombed civilians, or controlled the air or sea as well.

but i am against what egypt is doing and im against the egyptian dictatorship. why are we allied with this crapola?

Just going to remind you that that is the wrong pronoun to use here.
You are not American.

As to your point, your largest argument has been to talk about the "open air prison" which you blamed Israel for.
Now you take a lukewarm approach to the other country doing that too.

Very much seems to be a double standard. You have a problem with Israel, and are just looking for reasons to dislike them.

You might not be talking about driving the Jews out but Hamas, Hezbollah, and their patron Iran are. As for violating ceasefires this is how that goes: Hamas attacks, then calls for a ceasefire. Then Israel retaliates and Hamas cries foul. And the liberal professors in the West then go "see?see?!!!"

Because he doesn’t understand the dynamics of Palestine they’ve been kicked around by Arabs for years and now the Arabs put them next to Israel knowing full well Israel has no choice. also, knowing For well, they will do the same thing to the Palestinians, but now they get to blame Israel.
