no he attacked workers. the ATC strike was a prime example. the debt blew up with him too. i doubt he had anything to do with soviet union, they were an empire and naturally ended im sure.

To me, saving Gaza would be stopping the pain and suffering of the civilian population there, but I'm guessing it means something else to the protestors.

Saving Gaza could mean the civilians, the government, the border sovereignty, etc...
Doesn't seem like it narrows it down much.
