Well, thank you for all your quick responses. So my heads in a good space I'm pretty determined, and I dont mind physically demanding work I've done it all my life. Final thoughts stick with it and push through? 6:1 ratio not bad.

Used to be as low as 2:1.

It was 3:1 when I was hired in 1989.

Took me 11 months to go FT.
