Pen Question for drivers

My pens never stay in my breast pocket. Always falling out, even when trying to work by the methods. Any suggestions as to the best pen placement and quick access obviously.

First of all, don't use a ups pen. I clip my pen between the 1st
and 2nd button of my shirt at an angle. Out of the way; easy to get.

Make sure that you clip both the inner and outer flaps on the breast pocket.

Bend at the knees. Keep a natural curve in the back.

This sounds stupid but unless you are hinging at your lower back the pins shouldn't fall out.

My wife sews the pocket about 5/8 vertical to hold the pen, seems to do the job.

That's okay....just pick them up from under your center manager's desk when you're finished.

If you always bend at the knees keeping the natural curvature of your back you won't lose the pens. I keep them in my diad pouch

Yep. And I did. Nowadays I use click pens so I don't get the ink stains. I also put a nice fat wallet in the same pocket. Tightens everything up and nothing falls out.

Mine are typically lost in the carrying process as well. I always keep 1 spare in my lunch bag just incase. Sometimes I don't notice they're gone until I reach for one and they're not there.

Yep I was told this aaaaaaaa long time ago.....if something falls out of your shirt pocket you are lifting wrong!! Good call

What about when you are bent over trying to dig out packages from under shelves?
