Honestly.. Don't know.

They may have some programs in the bigger cities, where they have a hard time recruiting new hires.

I know first hand you must report it , and if you get hired, and they find out you did not, you will be fired, hope this helps, so I'm assuming no , good luck 2 you.

Thanks and Ya I was totally upfront with the HR guy, told him about it, and he got me on for seasonal this past year but says the part time background check is more extensive so who knows. I should find out Monday.

I know of a person in my hub who did not report one , that was found later and fired , .....guess I misused the term first hand, if it meant it was me. Sorry.
