Preload Pay - 2018 Contract (On Topic)

I'm sure that we will maintain what we currently have in our building. Our preloaders will keep the 15 cent per hour night differential pay which will mean that they will make 15 cents per hour more than a package.
I never saw a part time employee make a anything close to what package car driver makes unless they have 30+ years of service

Where is this? I show up everyday at least 30 minutes early and I aint getting any of these bonuses you speak of.

I’d say so. Getting up in the middle of the night for a few bucks and some change, along with harassment and union shenanigans can be overwhelming.
