nah, only 3 employees it falls under too small for any legal action in my state

I'm not the one who was concerned as it is none of my business if someone wants to run their butt off to get to their second job.

Our former mall driver was the youth sports director for his local town. We often joked that UPS was his part time job and that he would burn up his route to get to his full time job. He has since retired and his replacement, who runs scratch, is at least 1 to 1.5 hours later than him.
