Sources say he got into a heated exchange with Rep. Jason Crow on Saturday.
“The conversation became personal when Biden mentioned Crow's Bronze Star and attempted to bring up his son Beau, the member said. Two sources described Biden's exchange with the former Army Ranger as "incoherent" and "unintelligible."
One member suggested to ABC News that members on the call were left "aghast" after this particular exchange -- with members shaking their heads, some with their hands on their faces in apparent shock.”

problem is the voters selected him with a little engineering on the part of the DNC leadership.
If I'm a republican leader and joe steps down because he cant win then i sue and say he has to stay on the ticket as the peoples duly chosen choice.
I'm not sure there is a legal way to primary a fresh candidate this late in the game.
dems would have to come up with something and hope it withstands a legal challenge from a number of possible angles.
Kamala is the tagalong candidate not the one chosen by the people.
If the dems want to argue that biden has a medical issue than the constitutional process should be the 25th ammendment.

I'm quitting because i will lose is not a valid excuse to present to the people that voted for him.
I'm quitting because of my health should mean he resigns from the office or gets booted via the 25th.
