I have realized that when the American people are hearing of a Bill that is trying to get passed in congress you can take the name of the Bill and it is the opposite.

I agree that considerations should be made for certain offenses that are now legal.
Unusually long sentences, in the most cases, probably were due to other factors that were present at the time.
Why he waited until now is what gets me.
