The unidentified man, who is in his mid-20s, told police he was there to kill Kavanaugh, according to authorities.
The man arrived in a taxi near Kavanaugh’s home in Chevy Chase, a suburb just outside of Washington, D.C.
Authorities said he was stopped by police near the residence, but not at it, after making a 911 call in which he said had homicidal thoughts, and he traveled to attack Kavanaugh, officials said. The man told the 911 operator that he had an unloaded gun, in a locked case, in his suitcase.
Federal criminal charges are expected to be lodged against the man later Wednesday."

Biden missed mentioning "D Day" last year and commemorated it at 8:45 PM this year, most likely tweeted by a staffer long after Joe's bed time. The non or late mention was because as a young man in the Biden household "D Day" was the date that little Joey's report card came home.

You talk about the "Whitmer kidnapping plot" as though you didn't know it was 12 FBI agents and informants roping three basement dwellers (one if whom is autistic) into their plot to fake a kidnapping plot to distract from whatever they were trying to distract people from at the moment.
