“Several classified documents from President Joe Biden’s time as vice president were discovered last fall in a private office, a source with knowledge of the matter tells CNN.
The National Archives has referred the matter to the Justice Department for further investigation, the source told CNN.
Biden’s lawyers found the government materials in November while closing out a Washington, DC-based office that Biden used as part of his relationship with the University of Pennsylvania, where he was an honorary professor from 2017 to 2019, the source said.”

Aides to President Biden have reporatedly found more classified documents at a location other than the one that he used after the Obama administration.
Could be they knew Trump had classified documents in his possession so went after him to lessen the blow when it came out about Biden doing it. Don't see how they can go after Trump with Biden doing this.Nothing to see here

Biden probably never gave having the documents a second thought. Rules weren't supposed to apply to people like him. It would have never been an issue if they hadn't tried to go after Trump first.
