Pelosi never wanted to negotiate a deal. She is too busy playing for political points. In between her vacations and trips out of town.

You don’t negotiate with hostage takers. Trump offered to stop doing the harm he’s caused. That’s not a real offer. Nancy has passed a bunch of spending bills, that’s her offer. She doesn’t answer to the President, she runs the House, passing bills on to the Senate is her job.
