President Trump

It is really fun to :censored2: around with my IRL evangelical friends about that down here in the south. Remind them that Trump is into :censored2:ing porn stars while wives are pregnant, etc. They get so mad because they know it's the truth.

But in the next sentence I tell them that none of that even matters if the Democrats keep running Presidential candidates that moderates like myself can't stand.

Oh well! They win.

I love to point out the same stuff, and they always say "no proof" etc. It's painfully obvious that Trump is morally and ethically corrupt to an extent unseen in American politics. JFK was a womanizer too, but Trump is an actual con man/criminal. Being a "Christian" is just part of the con, and a way to curry favor with evangelicals. This is the only reason Pence was brought aboard. I have to wonder what a Christian who lives the life(Pence) actually thinks about Trump?

It doesn't take long for the conversation to turn to the missing server, the DNC, and Hillary's emails.

That's all they've got.

They got the troops a clown for Thanksgiving .

when i was in it always meant something when the leadership spent the holidays with the troops. i would have even appreciated having jimmy carter visit us then even though i disagree with him politically.

some things should transcend politics.

This is something I’ve never understood.

I can’t think of anything more political than war and yet people innately jump to insisting it shouldn’t be.

He's the commander-in-chief showing appreciation to the troops on Thanksgiving. If you don't get that your side doesn't stand a chance next election.

Pull your head out of your rear.

My post has nothing to do with Thanksgiving.

Let me clear it up for you.

War is political.

I believe this statement is true. I don’t know how it can’t be true. People say we should be united and we never are.

If you can’t understand this, you’re just obtuse.

not sure why you jumped on your soapbox here. . were you hoping to impress us with your scathing commentary?
perhaps you spent thanksgiving alone and was looking for acceptance here?
have a drumstick.

Where’s the soapbox?

Simply had to explain to van because simple statements seem to be too much for him to digest.

Kinda had to chew it up and spit it down his throat for him, baby bird style.

You're making it political because Trump did it. If Obama had done it you'd be praising him.

LMAO, this is Obama's speech at the White House Correspondent's dinner IN 2011:

"Donald Trump is here tonight. Now I know that he’s taken some flak lately. But no one is happier—no one is prouder—to put this birth certificate matter to rest than The Donald.

And that’s because he can finally get back to focusing on the issues that matter: Like, did we fake the moon landing? What really happened in Roswell? And where are Biggie and Tupac?

All kidding aside, obviously we all know about your credentials and breadth of experience. For example … no seriously, just recently, in an episode of Celebrity Apprentice, at the steakhouse, the men’s cooking team did not impress the judges from Omaha Steaks. And there was a lot of blame to go around, but you, Mr. Trump, recognized that the real problem was a lack of leadership, and so ultimately you didn’t blame Lil Jon or Meat Loaf, you fired Gary Busey.

And these are the kinds of decisions that would keep me up at night. Well handled, sir. Well handled. Say what you will about Mr. Trump, he certainly would bring some change to the White House. Let’s see what we’ve got up there."

Little did Obama know that he stoked Trump's fire.

NOT SO FUNNY NOW, IS IT, OBAMA?

No. Again. War is political. That is the statement I am making.
I don't see war. I see the president showing appreciation. It's good for morale. As far as being obtuse goes you defend extreme Left ideas being floated around. Anyone who thinks that stuff will fly has their picture in the dictionary next to the definition of obtuse.

Go back and read the posts. It’s obvious I was not talking about any president visiting troops.

The statement was that some things should be above politics.

At that point I said that war is political.

Missing the context of the conversation is pretty much the defining characteristic of being obtuse.

Wear it proudly.
