This wave started due to anticipation that Trump and the Repubs would reduce regulation and the corporate tax rate. They have, and the market reflects that. If you're in any way saying this was due to Obama policies you're out of your mind. Deal with it, Trump is improving the economy.

and now phase two is when all those tax dollars returned to the hard working taxpayers that earned them start getting spent. this economy has a lot of life left in it.
Rush pointed out yesterday that Apple is repatriating $250 Billion with $38 Billion going to government. On top of that they're investing $350 Billion more here in the U.S.. Over half a trillion from one company. Between corporate investment and consumer spending we may see the biggest boom ever.
