President Trump

Have you noticed that the one thing you haven’t said is, “But they are innocent!”?
They did not have a case against Manafort that they were willing to expend assets on to prosecute. The story changed when they could tie this to Trump, rightly or wrongly. That was what T.S. Ellis was concerned about. You are obviously not intelligent to figure this out however. I apologize for being a smartass.

Why are the libbies so scared of the IG report? Horowitz is an Obama appointee.

Maybe they are afraid of dirty business being exposed? ?
I haven’t heard liberals trying to shut down the IG investigation.

Repubs on the other hand can’t shut Mueller down fast enough.

Well they handed the unredacted documents over to Ellis so obviously they weren’t just going to let the case fall by the wayside.

Are you smart enough to figure that out?

Well they had to, there was no way around it, are you smart enough to figure that out. It has been a forgone conclusion, to me, that the judge would get what he ordered. We finally have one judge that is asking questions, relaying his thoughts, and demanding production of documents to educate himself before offering a ruling or moving forward. Can you figure that out?

They didn’t have to. They could have refused and had the case thrown out. You know. The case against the innocent Paul Manafort, that saintly martyr for the cause.

No, they couldn't, it was ordered by a Federal Judge, failure to comply is contempt. The only way out was to ask for a stay of the order while they petitioned an appeal court for a ruling. You got that? The ball was totally in the Judge's hands on dismissal. He ordered, they respond or get a higher court to overrule the judge.

The ball is still in the judges hands for dismissal in which case it will be reintroduced in another court.
