I think if you go review everything I have said about the whole fiasco, I haven't been wrong yet. There is nothing there, I said that. It would not end without scalps, I said that. I said the scalps would come form process crimes, they are. That is off of the top of my head.

I didn't ask for questions, you said I was incorrect, I simply ask you to set me straight... educate me. Attorneys do not like sanctions, they do not like to be held in contempt, there are only so many ways to negotiate around an order of the court. I await my education.
In order to help you save face, Congress has the authority to hold one in contempt. They do not have the authority to prosecute or levy sentences. It has to be referred to the court's for prosecution. If you are smart enough to figure out what I just said, Congress cannot force one to comply. In no way am I speaking of 5th amendment rights, so I won't follow you down that hole.

Still, let’s say Mueller sticks to his guns, refusing to disclose the memo’s description of his jurisdiction and insisting that Judge Ellis is entitled to see only the thin Manafort paragraphs that have already been revealed. If Ellis reacts by dismissing the indictment, any appeal would go to the Fourth Circuit, which after eight years of Obama has turned sharply to the left.
