No, the judge is not dismissing the case, he want's an answer, your reading comprehension is lacking.
If the judge was going to dismiss he would have told them to produce the document or he would dismiss. Could have been solved that day. He wanted more information to give a legitimate ruling. The other hack, went on what was produced, without total inquiry. If the judge is satisfied with what he ordered, he is ready to proceed. They responded, he will proceed. Stay in pkg delivery.

No. McCarthy said clearly that if Mueller refused to comply then Ellis would dismiss. There is no mention of contempt or a stay.
