President Trump

The entire article is just an explanation of what the plans are or could be, not what exists and is available now. Believe me I hope your optimism is warranted, I’d love to get rates as if I and my employees were part of a group of thousands of employees. It’s just not the case right now. The devil is in the details too. I looked at the temporary plans that avoid ACA requirements last year, turns out they are garbage, lifetime caps, would leave me bankrupt etc, and only save a couple hundred bucks/month. That’s what these sound like, not worth the risk.

you're dancing and squirming. its really not a big deal . it will take a few years to see the impact of these plans. you dont have to act like you're sourrounded at little big horn.

you started this conversation saying trump never delivered on his promise to open up insurance markets across state lines. I proved you wrong.

what is your next tap dance?

You're fake news.

You haven't proved anyone wrong.

You throw out nonsense, claim it's the undeniable truth, declare yourself the victor, and move along.

Just like your boy.

It will be fine

You’re right, association plans are not a big deal. No one can sign up for them, so they have little impact. Glad we’re agreed. Is Donnie going to do something that will actually be a big deal for health insurance? I haven’t heard of any Republican plans beyond gutting Medicare to pay for tax cuts.

And what IWBF and I are trying to get through to you is that it will have a minimal impact if any at all on health insurance markets. The ACA required insurers to spend 85% of the premiums received on actual subscriber incurred expenses. You're hero wants to find a way for his insurance industry pals to get around that rule so that once again they can get extremely rich selling those cheap policies full of exclusions exemptions and coverage limitations. And providers are done getting stiffed seeing major portions of provided care going unpaid because of insurance coverage limitations and are becoming increasingly unwilling to contract for services with those insurers.
So the next time you go out there hollering "free markets" remember that there are consequences with that frame of mind.
If you want to be Trump's song bird, that's fine but nobody's listening.

Don't forget what they want to do to Medicaid, a program that sees two thirds of it's budget go to nursing homes to pay for the care of patients whose own money has been exhausted. They want massive cuts be made to it then dump the program along with a huge funding gap back on to the states.

As it should be.

Again, provide evidence of these plans being offered if you can.

It's not out fault that you failed to study up a bit on healthcare issues including the McCarron Ferguson Act before bragging about a meaningless executive order simply because it's Trumps order As a fall back you once again start yelling "socialism socialism"! But in the end like so many other pseudo conservatives you'll sign up for every Democrat sponsored social program you can somehow qualify for and will be damn glad to get it.

Ok Now you tell me. Where will the states get the money to fund the program? Many states are already scraping up just enough money to get through until the following year and some have to do that by selling off important state owned assets but these are simply one and done acts designed to again raise enough money just to get by that year only.
