Same boat. I was told there was not enough work on Mondays, so they only train Tuesday-Friday.

I started friend/t on a Tuesday. Everyone I've seen through the doors has started on a Tuesday. If this seems wierd to you...you haven't seen anything yet.

Mondays are a historically lower volume day. I'm cut today too and last week I started on a Tuesday.

UPS has dictated Mondays are lower volume and cut routes every week. Regardless of what the actual volume really is.
