In NY it is a Class C Non CDL.

not so much for like the past 10 years since the law changed. regular passenger car class D drivers license is all you need to drive any package car and vans up to 26,000 lbs. no special road test, written exam or license endorsement is needed now in NY to be a UPS package driver.

I can't believe how many of these kids get butt hurt and start pretending to brag about how much they have accomplished at 20. I was trying to buy a car and get laid at 20!
