no it doesnt. capitalism is a system of employers telling employees what to do. it gives way too much power in employers hands and no suprise is also undemocratic as the workers dont own their jobs and are not voting on how to run them. this centralization of power means corruption and so ppl hate their jobs quite often.

no capitalism doesnt make people work for what they get because thats the point of capitalists hiring employees; employees produce more than they are paid and the capitalists profit off of them, hence they dont get what they worked for.

its true capitalism lets you choose between being employee and employer, although theres all kinds of systemic barriers to being an employer. however this choice does not make it a democratic system, as an employer if you are telling employees what to do then its more comparable to a choice of dictators.
