Oh brother, private school in Hawaii....yeah, you had it sooooo tough....

Groan…

Via Breitbart:

President Barack Obama hopes that his grandchildren are not subjected to “constant” racial biases that will make them feel as if America is not their home.

In an extensive interview with BET about race relations, policing, Eric Garner, and Ferguson, the country’s first black president said he hopes America can make more progress on race relations because, “I want my grandsons to be treated like anybody else’s grandsons.”

“I don’t want them to be subjected to the kind of constant bias that makes them feel as if this is not their home,” Obama said.

Obama Ignores Black Economic Woes To Focus On Racism
President Obama is using racial tensions to distract attention from the painful impact of his economic policies on African-Americans.

The tactic was crudely and successfully used Dec. 19 in his year-end press conference, when Obama waved away a reporter’s question about the economic condition of African-Americans in the sixth year of his presidency, and quickly shifted the topic to racial conflict.
Obama’s distraction tactic works because establishment reporters are eager to portray African-Americans as victims of white cops, and are reluctant to address the toll of Obama’s economy.

I am 100% in favor of a law that would require any adult taking public assistance to forfeit their right to vote while receiving public assistance.

I mean, who are people on public assistance going to vote for except the party that will continue their public assistance benefits indefinitely.

Also limit public assistance to a 2 or 3 year maximum lifetime benefit for every abled body adult and their children. Public assistance was meant to be a safety net, not a way of life.
Since the Supreme Court has ruled that corporations are now people, I would take this one step further.
Any corporation that gets a tax subsidy or any other form of corporate welfare should not be allowed to contribute any funds to any candidate. Anyone who works for said corporation should not get the right to vote.

That would only apply to non profits since ordinary people are allowed to contribute to candidates. If you place corporations into the same group then they would have the same rights. Or are you saying individual people receiving welfare money should not be allowed to make political contributions either?

The Supreme Court never ruled that corporations are people. Stop making things up.
The SC said that corporations have the SAME free speech rights as people.

The SC ruled that money is speech. Corporations have more money than individuals, and are allowed to spend it as they see fit. Corporations have 'perpetual life', unlike individuals. That is why we have corporate masters.

Nice to see you are okay with that.

Hypocrite.

Gas prices down after 6 years of ridiculously high prices.

And the stock market is NOT an accurate look at the economy as a whole. How many poor people do you know who have stock....or hell, can even spell it?

The stock market makes the rich richer. I thought you dems hated the 1%....make up your minds, please

Wrong again.
1886 (County of Santa Clara vs. Southern Pacific Railroad).
About 11 years after this ruling the Court declared "corporations are persons within the provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment."

Gas prices are down because OPEC is flooding the market with cheap crude trying to force-out domestic producers. The 1% are strengthening their control over US wealth. We get poorer and work longer for less so they can get richer. That's the GOP dream.
