Those seeds were planted centuries ago by Europeans and manifested itself to the racial divide we have today. Centuries of oppression and discrimination doesn't just disappear because you want it to. It may take centuries to undue that damage. White America wants the minority population to take responsibility for themselves, well that starts with you looking in the mirror. Otherwise the divide will only get worse.
