It isn't illegal to enter a licensed establishment to sit a table and order food if under 21. The pub may have an age requirement after a certain time, but it's NOT ILLEGAL. He committed no crime.

Maybe facing that reality is just too tough for you.
In regards to witnesses, I think we'll find in due time that the Martese Johnson, the bar and it's employees, and the police officers involved all acted in an appropriate manner.
What I also think we'll find is that the ABC officers, who have a history of overstepping their bounds and being aggressive in their tactics, will be once again be apologizing for their actions and promising to change their ways. Most likely this will involve another payout to the victims at the cost of the taxpayers.

Mr super-racist, can you prove he was trying to get in the pub to drink? Is it possible he was meeting friends and getting something to eat? This young man was no " thug " as you like to label every young black male.
I don't HAVE to prove what he was trying to get into the bar for. He was denied admittance and then got ticked off at the ABC officers and tried to pull away from them, so they pancaked him, too bad, so sad.
I called him a goofball and a goober, yet you ASSUME that I call him a thug. Apparently reading is NOT your strong suit.
I'll label someone a term that they've earned. Someone who acts like a thug, that's their label.
You want to run around being a N*****, then you've earned that label as well.
This kid, who by all accounts is a good guy, is a goofball for how he acted that night. I'll add another label to him, Racist maroon. When you throw around the term racist because you don't want to accept ANY responsibility for your actions of the night, then it comes right back on you.
