Only legally speaking.if there are consequences then speech is not free.
Agreed, swastika is an old symbol but since WW2 usually associated with Nazis. Or should all of the supposedly racist symbols be ignored if they had previous meanings? That would make liberal heads explode.
It was written in human feces. Which someone pointed out could have a deeper meaning. Such as nazism is crap.No I'm just making the point that the symbol without any racist comments associated with it could have been spray painted by a hindu promoting their religion.
I don't understand is why a bunch of old white guys are so upset about this and it doesn't really affect them at all.
I want to know why young black kids are willing to give an old white guy so much power as to expect him to completely control 70 thousand college kids?I don't understand is why a bunch of old white guys are so upset about this and it doesn't really affect them at all.
I think that bunch of young black kids just shows you how much power they have.I want to know why young black kids are willing to give an old white guy so much power as to expect him to completely control 70 thousand college kids?
I think the media proved how powerful it can be more than anything.I think that bunch of young black kids just shows you how much power they have.
The media is just a tool the power comes from people willing to stand up for themselves and others.I think the media proved how powerful it can be more than anything.
Oh JFC.....people are outraged over Halloween costumes?? Seriously???http://mobile.nytimes.com/2015/11/0...e-speech.html?referer=https://www.google.com/
Maybe the football team can strike.
My sister in law had non candy treats for the kids this year. I was like wtf is this!!?!?????Oh JFC.....people are outraged over Halloween costumes?? Seriously???
I'm so sick and tired of the "outrage". If it isn't over an "offensive" costume, it's parents whining that their neighbors are handing out Snickers bars and their kid has a peanut/gluten/lactose/chocolate allergy and waaaah. Poor little Jimmy can't enjoy his candy...let's petition the neighborhood to hand out tofu bar's instead. Ugh.
My friend and I were gonna dress up as Bill Cosby and Subway Jared....which would have been hilariously "outrageous". Picture Bill with "powdered sugar" covered pudding cups....and an 8year old girl dressed up as Jared's girlfriend.

She had both. So it was only for parents or kids that asked for them but enough with the we have to please everyone. .And if the kids who received her treats were anything like my kids, the "treats" would have ended up in the trash. Lol.

The happy majority will never cause the fuss that the unhappy minority will.Yep. If your kids have allergies, health issues, or whatever don't take them trick or treating. Whatever happened to doing what's best for the majority?
