The Christ cult has a lot more to answer for when it comes to harming humanity than any group of gay people do.
I don’t know the statistics but I believe any group of people or even every person has a lot to answer for their contribution to hurting humanity, to a larger or lesser degree. I know I do.
See you’re going in circles and contradicting yourself.
I don’t believe I am.
At first you ask me who told you non believers go to hell, then towards the end you said his love is so great non believers find a way to believe and fit in because of a encounter with such love.
I said nothing of hell.

I shared of my belief in Gods great love for everyone and how I believe an encounter with this love can overcome unbelief in this love. I also believe such encounter can make someone who doesn’t feel like they fit in, feel like they do. Just as they are
Like I get it, you’re one of the nice ones who doesn’t go around being a prick to non believers or gays.
I definitely don’t believe in treating anyone that way.
It’s appreciated, but you make 0 sense as a Bible thumper
I am not, a Bible Thumper.
and those people would tear you apart in a theological debate between believers.
I don’t believe they would be able to do this .
Most believers are like you as well, they ignore the bad and focus solely on the love.
I do not ignore the bad, but I do focus on God’s love.
It’s all bad to me, there is no love in that non sense, only cult like beliefs.
I can understand how you feel this way. I felt similar to you in the past.

I have a great understanding of love, my mother is a great mom who did her best.
That’s awesome, I can relate.
With you it can be a respectful agree to disagree
Not sure what we are agreeing or disagreeing to.
and I think you’re on the edge of non belief
I couldn’t see myself not believing in God’s great love for mankind, His great love for me. I have been living fully in recognition of His love for over 30 years and it keeps getting better by the minute.
closer than I am to the edge of belief.
I want you to live and believe what ever you want to believe without judgement or condemnation. Even if your faith is one of no faith. You have that right. I respect that right.

I hope you have peace of conscience in all of your endeavors, it is your life to live as you see fit.

What are you talking about? Ending your life why would you do that? Take a pill bro I’m not judging you because you’re gay. I don’t really care. Before today I don’t think I had a single clue not because I was wondering either way doesn’t matter to me. I do question your bitterness but that’s something you can deal with, you have many other valuable opinions I have agreed with. I actually wish you peace.
What are you talking about.

Just because someone has harbored suicidal depression doesn’t mean they are gonna kill themselves. Imagining the relief of suicide or thinking you should is common for really depressed people.

That’s what I’m trying to get through to y’all when you disrespect communities with high suicide rates. If you have heard some of the horrific stories I have from other gay men you would want to treat them with nothing but love to and say yeah you should have some pride in your life.

This is a fair question.
I posted an article about gays who are born in Christian households that put up with some pretty nutty :censored2:.
Read about the discrimination faced by black gays as well, at the hands of their own people. We’ve talked about that before like the black trans woman who got beat down and ended up dying on camera.

When you’re taught that you are a piece of :censored2: from a very young age that can be extremely damaging to you. It can destroy your self esteem and make you suicidal. I’ve been open about my suicidal mind state and I didn’t go through nearly as much as some of the horror stories I’ve heard.

Learning not to feel self loathing shame for being homosexual is really important to some people, it’s the moment they stopped dreading their life and start enjoying it. Personally some of these people could use a little shame when they are walking around with :censored2:s or whatever else on them and gays agree. They just don’t want to join in bullying the type of mentally ill person that does that and they don’t want that to be the face of gayness to America.

When people use these nutjobs to paint a broad brush across all gays or sit there spreading religious hate towards gays that is a sore spot.
Why is it gay pride parades in every city are over the top outlandish? Seems literally every time they have the opportunity to present their values in public these are the values they push. You want acceptance? Better learn to tone it down. Personally I'll still think it's wrong but I'm not going to beat you up or deny you housing over it. I think men and women who meet at the local club and go home or to a motel to screw are every bit as wrong. And I think I mess up too. But we should keep some things to ourselves. Every gay man or woman I've been around makes it a point to proclaim they're gay every chance they get. In your face tactics usually result in a backlash.

I can relate. Many years ago, I was in similar mindset.

I agree wholeheartedly with you .

As with every special interest group, much damage to reputation, and endless sources of misunderstanding is caused by the more passionate and extreme members of the group.

This is why very many people who witness or see video of the types of visuals and foolery present at a pride type event are repulsed, shocked, and offended. The resulting homophobia is understandable and predictable.

Y'all need to police and moderate your events. With big, strong men armed with butterfly nets, restraints, and stage-hooks!

...nevermind. Maybe not that. But yes, cull yer own freaks.

I think there’s a lot of anger in the gay community and honestly rightfully so. I think these people are lashing out and don’t care if they die for doing so. I think when a gay man covers himself in rainbow vibrators in a rainbow one piece, he is saying I wish you mother :censored2:ers would. I wasn’t kidding when I said I think some of these people wake up and choose violence.

I found it pretty amazing that gays can get away with all the :censored2: they do without society coming down and shooting them or arresting them. I think it does show a lot of progress.

It’s like when other drivers fight management and piss them off over and over, while you just come in and do your job and show respect, file when necessary for your 9.5 or whatever. That driver is their target for harassment. Well those gay dudes are like my disrespectful coworker. When I see them getting away with that :censored2: I’m like I got nothing to worry about in this world. It is a bit comforting.

Can’t say that I’ve ever treated anyone differently that was gay. I’m sure they’re
Are some that have. Shame on them. But I don’t think it’s fair to hold everyone accountable for that. Just like it’s not fair for us who are not gay to hold every gay person accountable for things we disagree with that gay people might do. Unfortunately people can be mean hateful and spiteful in pretty much every walk of life. I grew up having one of my best friends come out as gay. Most everyone treated him very well. Except his parents. I always thought that was a little harsh they eventually mended things but I know it bothered him quite a bit. They were not particularly religious.

The only people who know me and have said disrespectful :censored2: around me are elders who don’t know me like that and women who are confident I won’t strike them(which I won’t).
I don’t put up with a lot of disrespect in my life personally, most people don’t know I’m gay, the ones that do know me well enough to know this know that it’s a touchy subject to be disrespectful about and I never hear it from them or through the grapevine.

any connection with the ridiculing of gayness which only a minority of the population identify as, and ridiculing of other minority views?
