Having fun. Hatchet? Lol never. It seems as if you are the one that brought up the weed discussion when I thought we buried the hatchet. Why did you feel the need?
No kidding?Vantexan is not an a hole lol
I think it's very easy for us to justify our own actions in our minds...I never told anyone to stop smoking pot. I don't believe it is a sin. If they do they should be mindful and not get addicted.
Please quote me where I threw stones
Who is this? And what have you done with @BadIdeaGuy?I think it's very easy for us to justify our own actions in our minds...
Pot is addictive.
Addiction | Health Effects | Marijuana | CDC
If one justifies pot usage, and says it isn't a sin unless you get addicted, isn't that basically gambling?
You could say the same thing about crystal meth. It isn't a sin unless you get addicted, right?
The CDC says somewhere between 10% to 33% of pot users are addicted.
I don't know the statistics on meth, but I'm going to guess that the percentage is much higher.
At what point does gambling on an addiction become sinful?
You ever watch the show "my strange addiction?' I saw a chick on their addicted to eating couch fuzz. Anything can be an addictionI think it's very easy for us to justify our own actions in our minds...

I thought Quad hacked your account for a second, but as I read it I knew it was much to cogent to be him. Excellent post Btw.I've turned over a new leaf.
Gonna rename my account to @goodideaguy, and become completely and totally boring.
Don't worry, I'm sure this will last all of 15 minutes.
Yes.You ever watch the show "my strange addiction?' I saw a chick on their addicted to eating couch fuzz. Anything can be an addiction
Careful friend…….ain’t nothing wrong with coffee.Yes.
Anything can be an addiction. But some things are more prone to addiction than others. And some things are more harmful than others.
There isn't a clear line in the sand. But the question stands, what is a reasonable level of risk to take when you make your choices?
Is it a sin to gamble that using crystal meth won't result in getting hooked on it?
And from there, work your way down to pot, and other things. (Like my coffee.)
Did you hold your pinky up while writing this comment? Is that not essentially Christianity’s raison d'être?
When you tell everyone to stop sinning but you then defend your own pot usage then you are living in a glass house throwing stones. Can you please show me what stones you are accusing me of throwing so I can apologize if I need to?
The part you're forgetting is you can't convince me that it is a sin other than your belittling attacksWhen you tell everyone to stop sinning but you then defend your own pot usage then you are living in a glass house throwing stones.
I don’t feel that smoking pot is a sin anymore than having a beer is a sin. So long as it’s not a problem in your life. Others may differ, but it’s legal in many states, and the feds don’t seem interested in enforcing their law, so if you want to partake, go for it. I’m sure it’s been used for a long time and probably predates beer. The part you're forgetting is you can't convince me that it is a sin other than your belittling attacks
The Bible talks about intoxication. The part you're forgetting is you can't convince me that it is a sin other than your belittling attacks
