He has no choice. He is not running things. Playing his role. Most of the antics are a diversion for a play over there. Other countries are too close. It HAS to be us.
i was talking about vantexan haha

You have often talked about the federal government not giving enough to North Carolina while giving to other states, why do you not hold Trump and republicans accountable the same way now that they are in charge and not giving money there while getting ready to give all this money to Israel and funding for Gaza?
Where did you get the idea Trump isn't helping? He went to both western North Carolina and L.A. his first week and said he would help, including doing things like sending in the Army Corps of Engineers. Contrast that with Biden not going. Heck Trump went to East Palestine, OH when he WASN'T president. They couldn't get Biden or Buttigieg to go. I think Buttigieg went a good while later and demonstrated that he shouldn't have been made DOT Secretary.

LOL, he went to Raleigh. Trump went to the actual disaster area and met with victims. Remember Maui? Biden slow walked going there but when he did he talked about the time a kitchen fire almost burned his house down. And he didn't go to East Palestine.

Ok so how does that affect the people? You were specifically talking about funds and rebuilding

The victims who met with Trump told them about their experiences dealing with.FEMA. One lady said after telling FEMA that the bridge to her home and 7 others was destroyed that FEMA told her to rebuild the bridge and submit the receipts for reimbursement. More than $200k to rebuild the bridge. The Biden administration didn't do squat for them but Trump told them they'd get right on it. Are you expecting him to wave his hands and everything will immediately be made right?

Trump has been waving his hands about a lot of other things, when is an acceptable time for you for him to get to these people and make things right?

You're BSing at this point. Trump can't wave his hands and make prices go down, rebuild disaster areas, end the Ukrainian War. But he will accomplish infinitely more than Biden, and quickly work towards those goals.

I asked what is an acceptable time for trump to make things right that you felt Biden lacked with North Carolina. It was a big issue for you brought up a lot

Trump going there and talking to them is nice but doesn’t do anything to help them

This is sad. Western North Carolina got hit on September 26, 2024. Almost 4 months before the inauguration. 125,000 homes destroyed or damaged in the floods. 12,000 estimated to be homeless right after the flood and 2600 still homeless in January in the winter. That doesn't mean most people went home. They found shelter elsewhere. Roads were destroyed. Bridges. That's almost 4 months of the Biden administration only offering $750 a household and having to jump through hoops to get it. And your focus is on why after three weeks Trump hasn't fixed it yet. He put things in motion. I'm not privy to everything. But I sure believe Trump did and will do a hell of a lot more while the Biden administration focused on helping illegal immigrants.

I asked you how long would be an acceptable time to wait for trump to get to it?

You’ve made it clear the time it took Biden was unacceptable, Trump is now President, how long does he have to fix Biden’s mistakes before it too becomes unacceptable?

If he ignores them like Biden did then any time would be unacceptable. You aren't going to justify Biden's actions here.
