That's not the issue. If I were still designated off Sunday and Monday I'd be perfectly okay with that. Hell, I'd have to use a lot less personal days. The problem lies in that five days of phone tag are bad enough. I'm supposed to put my life on hold for six?

If you mean strictly based on the pay and benefits then yes. But for any other reason? Come on, now. They make it awfully hard to find others.
