You lost the toss?The only case we had like this was settled with a coin toss----------------------------and the loser cried about it for thirty years. Both of the guys were avid hunters and the one who won the coin toss got his pick of vacations first so that lead to some awkward situations---especially at deer hunting time.

I always assumed it was decided by a race of whoever could get themselves off the fastest.

Where two (2) or more employees have the same seniority date, the employee who completed their thirtieth (30th) workday first shall go ahead on the seniority list. If still tied, the date of employment application shall govern, and if still tied, seniority order shall be decided by coin toss.
