Should part time employees make the same rate as full time employees?

Ask yourself why the company is not creating a new full time job instead of using a part timer.
Because they pay part timers such low wages it’s cheaper to use them for as many or as little hours as they need without creating a full time job

If they paid inside workers, part time or full time, the same hourly rate, that wouldn’t be an issue, and it would incentivize them to create more full time jobs

And they know part timers are disposable. How many really stick around?

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

One of your heroes was just a wrecking ball for blue-collar workers. All the history you thought you knew was a lie because you believe lies. Just like you believe you can work full-time as a part timer while screw people over. The ends justify the means to you.
Uh huh.

So all the previous offers that screwed part timers went just fine, but this one will break the union.

I disagree. I want the union to fight for y’all. But history disagrees with you that it would break the union. And solidarity certainly doesn’t mean 42 an hour.
Who said anything about 42 an hour?
