Geez, does anyone understand the english language anymore?? A suspension pending an investigation isnt a CONVICTION. Its a time out. The act of suspension is to stop an action while the facts are sorted out.

What ifs and what nots may sound trivial, but they are crucial in teens minds. Teens say and do wierd things but unfortunately, its takes a grown up to sort out the details.

Any type of racist activity in todays world needs immediate attention. This is what happened.

He was suspended... thats punishment,,, not an investigation... they can investigate if they like, but that punishment has been issued. Even if they are allowed to return, there is still a suspension on the record.
